As you can imagine, Italian food is only good if it is made fresh. Our owner/ chef and kitchen manager take pride every day in using only the freshest ingredients available. Our fresh home made pasta is made daily in our kitchen, along with our Napoletana style, thin crisp, yeasty pizza. Which we bake in our Italian wood fired oven. Although our food is simple to make, it takes a lot of patience to make it good.
