 Bosko's Trattoria was created over twenty years ago out of a love for Italian food. Our reputation is all about fresh made pasta, that we make in our kitchen everday. To compliment our pasta dishes, we also serve fresh salads, grilled ribeye, pork chops, ravioli, gnocchi and polenta dishes. Wonderful pizzas, made from scratch, are baked in our wood fired oven, that we imported from Italy. Bosko's wine list is forever changing, We constantly search out wines that are harmonious, balanced and value oriented. Our desserts are all made in our kitchen including the best tiramisu anywhere! So come relax and enjoy. Our atmosphere is fun, warm, casual and very friendly. Bosko's is open from 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. most nights seven days a week. No reservations are necessary.

Bring a jacket and an appetite. The tri-tip sirloin steak sandwich is what you've come for--hick slabs of beef piled on garlic toast. A ladle of sauce goes over the top, hot or mild. But be warned that hot is exactly that. Hot. Don't try to be a hero unless you really like the fire. My take: This sauce hails well south of sweet Kansas City style, but with a similar heft and tomato tang. 
If Gold Rush millionaire Sam Brannan had been able to consult a feng shui book in 1860 before he laid out his dream of a Saratoga Springs of the West, the little town of Calistoga might never have slipped into relative obscurity and its visionary founder might not have ended up broke and broken. But the Calistoga Bookstore, with its fine selection of books on wine and feng shui, wasn't around then. 
The Calistoga Inn boasts a 250-seat outdoor dining patio stretching along the right bank of the Napa River, a 110-seat indoor dining facility, a rustic pub with full bar reminiscent of the early days of Calistoga and a modern micro-brewery nestled in the original water tower of the property. The chefs of the Calistoga Inn cook over a wood-fired grill. House specialties include wood grilled meats, fish, and vegetarian items prepared in the popular California style and complimented with garlic mashed potatoes and savory pan sauces. We also serve a variety of pastas. In addition to good food and great beer, the Calistoga Inn has over 100 wines on its wine list.
Leaving the corporate coffee world of San Francisco and Los Angeles in the 80’s, after stints at Pasqua and The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. Clive Richardson was drawn to Calistoga by an old colleague Jack Martin to venture out independently and they opened the Calistoga Roastery on July 3rd 1992. Moving to its current location in 2004 the focus remains the same. Clive wanted to be in total control of the coffee, so the obvious step was to roast their own and thus control the coffee from green buying to roasting to the sale to the customer. It is and always will be about the customer service and the coffee! After business partnerships with Jack and then Terry Rich the legacy continues with Eva King sharing the reins since 2007. The café is open 7 days a week and with the mail order and wholesale life is never dull. Clive still loves coming to work and the friendships that have evolved over the years make it so rewarding. He hopes to continue for many years to come while suffering living in this not too shabby part of the world.
Flatiron Grill, situated in the heart of downtown Calistoga on Lincoln Avenue, opened its doors in the Fall of 2001. Having restored the interior, recreated the private dining space and completely changing the atmosphere, the FlatIron Grill has developed a dining destination for Calistogans and day-trippers alike.
JoLe is a Contemporary American Restaurant owned and operated by husband-and-wife team Matt and Sonjia Spector, chef and pastry chef, respectively. JoLe is the couple’s second restaurant venture. The first was the wildly successful, Matyson Restaurant in Philadelphia. "After four wonderful years at Matyson, we were eager for our next challenge, and Northern California was calling. We sold the restaurant, packed up the kids, and headed west." "We happily landed in the quaint wine and spa town of Calistoga, enjoying the bounty of ingredients that the area has to offer." Matt and Sonjia use organic, locally farmed ingredients as much as possible. The wine list is eclectic and ever-evolving, consisting of many of the area's boutique producers. Cocktails focus on the classics, made with small batch, top shelf liquors.

First and only solely Fair Trade, Organic, micro-roastery and retail coffee shop in Calistoga and or the Napa Valley. Yo el Rey Roasting is a sustainable, seasonal, independent, artisan, socially, humanistically, and environmentally conscious, micro-roastery and retail coffee shop. Our beans are roasted to a medium-ish roast profile to lock in the essential oils and unique, intrinsic flavor complexities of geographic origin. Meaning, we roast into the caramelization (Browning) stages and stop prior to the carbonization (Burning) stages. By roasting this way, the coffee beans are especially flavorful minus the added charred or metallic burn taste in the cup left by the high-temperature, dark roasting process.
