Twomey
Cellars originates in a single Napa Valley vineyard,
the Soda Canyon Ranch, where Merlot grows with such extraordinary
complexity that it calls for a wine of its own. To showcase the
brilliance and balance of these grapes we employ the soutirage traditional,
a labor-intensive approach used by classified growths in Bordeaux.

Hans
Fahden Vineyards - Our Sonoma County Mountain Cabernet
is always deep in color and distinct in flavor, due to the influence
of the volcanic ash soils in which they are grown. There is a unique
note of earthiness not found in wines grown on the valley floor.
Our first vintage was bottled in 1986.

Casa
Nuestra Winery & Vineyards - Casa Nuestra, which
means “our house” was established in the Napa Valley
in 1979 and continues to produce only about 1,500 cases annually
from the estate’s vineyards located in both St. Helena and
Oakville. The Casa staff of six, proudly produce rare wines of special
interest that represent an old- world, traditional wine list not
effected by current marketing trends. memorabilia.
Carver Sutro Vineyards - Palisades Vineyard sits in
a small riparian valley northeast of Calistoga in the northern end
of the Napa Valley. It is bisected by an occasionally torrential
Horns Creek, and is blessed with the kind of cobbley loam soil and
very hot summers that are perfectly suited for growing Petite Sirah
and other Rhone style wines.
Bacio
Divino - We are a small family-owned winery, located
in the Napa Valley, which produces two very different proprietary
red wine blends. Our primary wine is called 'Bacio Divino', and
is a Cabernet Sauvignon blend incorporating smaller amounts of Sangiovese
and Petit Sirah. A recent addition has been 'Pazzo', focusing more
on Sangiovese, blended intimately with other varietals. Both wines
are Napa Valley appellations.
Barlow
Vineyards is a 50 acre estate founded in 1994, located
between Calistoga and St. Helena at the upper end of the Napa Valley
in an area well known for producing intense red wines. The first
year the existing 25 year old Cabernet Sauvignon block was found
to be badly diseased and was eliminated, leaving only one smaller
block of disease resistant Cabernet Sauvignon which was planted
in 1992. An eleven-acre block of Merlot was planted that year in
a parcel that had been fallow for many years.
Jones
Family Vineyards are located on a south facing hillside
between St. Helena and Calistoga in the Northern Napa Valley. The
vineyard's location provides the ideal combination of soil and climate
for the development of Cabernet Sauvignon.
Kenefick
Ranch - Almost 25 years ago, in the midst of a successful
and respected career as a neurosurgeon, including training at the
Mayo Clinic, and tenures as Chief of Neurosurgery at California
Pacific Medical Center and St. Mary’s Hospital & Medical
Center in Marin County, Dr. Thomas Kenefick fell in love with the
Napa Valley and became fascinated with the correlation between vines
and disease. Over time, he acquired 125 acres of vineyard property
in the foothills of the Palisades Mountains in Calistoga.
OnThEdge
Winery - We are a close group of family and friends
equally passionate about crafting and enjoying expressive Napa Valley
wines. OnThEdge Winery is a complete winery tucked into the naturally
cool cellar below our home high above St. Helena. We owe our name,
“OnThEdge”, to the fact that our western property line
is the actual Napa-Sonoma County line which follows the ridgeline
of the Mayacamas Mountain Range.
Saviez
Vineyards - To satisfy some of the white wine lovers
we are also introducing a Muscat Canelli in 2006,. This special
wine is available only at the ranch for wine tasting and tours.
In 2005 we harvested our first Petite Sirah. That should be available
in 2007-2008, "this wine will “rock”! Also in 2006
we will harvest our first crop of estate grown Cabernet Sauvignon,
which promises to be outstanding!
Shypoke
- Wines from Calistoga share characteristics that might be described
as concentrated. The wonderful union of Calistoga's climate and
geology produce wines with tannins just a bit brawnier, flavors
more earthy and tobacco-like and an intriguing ripe spiciness. Calistoga's
remarkable daytime / nighttime temperature differential throughout
the year, produces firmer, riper wines with more black cherry flavor.
