Bistro & Bar - Terry's love for cooking started early
in life. Coming from a blended family of eight children, Terry's
initial interest in cooking stemmed from survival and emerged into
passion. Beginning his restaurant career as a dishwasher at the
age of 15, Terry has worked every position in the business. His
early experiences were in the front of the house waiting tables,
bar tending and managing before attending Epicurean Cooking School
in Los Angeles.
