Napa Valley | Late Harvest

What is a Late Harvest wine?
"Late Harvest" refers to wines that are made from grapes that have been left on the vine for longer than is normal. This process allows the grapes to dehydrate naturally while on the vine. These grapes have a lower water content which will produce much sweeter wines making "Late Harvest" a fairly reliable indicator of a dessert wine.
