Winemaker Geoff Gorsuch (pronounced Jeff) crafts every wine with our customer's preferences in mind. This starts in the vineyard with sustainable farming practices without pesticides, and ends in the bottle with wines that reflect true varietal character. Our ultra-premium wines are approachable consistent and affordable, year after year. We also take pride in the fact that our wines are food friendly and complement a wide range of foods. |

 Our philosophy is very traditional—that is, in order to produce great wine we need the best possible grapes. Therefore, we concentrate our efforts in the vineyard. The vines are meticulously manicured—we believe in crop-thinning, "nettoyage," washing the grapes, and other labor-intensive activities. During each visit to California, Christian Moueix spends most of his time in the vineyard, not only because he loves it, but also to better understand the natural expression of the vintage. |

| The vineyards, known as Paradise Hills, are stunningly beautiful with gorgeous views of the valley. Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot are planted on volcanic soil. Merlot is planted on a deep layer of alluvial clay deposited by streams draining the mountain range high above. Sustainable farming is practiced and the human hand is the connection between vines and wines. Our artisanal production is less than a thousand cases of a flagship proprietary red wine, Blankiet Estate, and a few hundred cases of a Saint Emilion inspired red wine named Rive Droite. | ||

| Dillon Vineyards is a small vineyard, located in the Yountville Appellation, south of the town of Yountville on the floor of the Napa Valley. This unique location has an exceptionally delicate micro climate for growing Chardonnay grapes. During the growing season, the vineyard is cooled by the gentle breezes coming off the San Pablo Bay which gives this area a cooler temperature and higher humidity than other parts of the Napa Valley. The cooler temperature allows for an extended growing season and optimizes the Chardonnay's varietal character. | ||

| Our first two vintages of wines the 2003 and 2004 were produced by Helen Turley. For 2005 we brought in Helen Turley’s recommendation; Rob Lawson, the winemaker at Napa Wine Company for the past 16 years, where most of Napa Valley’s super premium wines were originally crafted and are still produced to date along with Denis Malbec, from Chateau Latour, Pauillac; the First Growth winery in Bordeaux, France as our consulting winemakers. In 2007, Denis Malbec became our sole winemaking consultant. | ||
